After your intake is reviewed, you will receive a link to schedule a brief phone visit with a licensed provider.
Evaluation & Certification
If eligible, your provider will certify your qualifying condition in the Minnesota state registry.
Complete State Registration
You will receive instructions from the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management to complete your registration and upload your government-issued ID.
Get Your Medical Cannabis
Schedule a consultation with a pharmacist at a Minnesota medical cannabis dispensary (RISE or Green Goods) for personalized dosing and product recommendations. Once approved, you can purchase your medical cannabis directly from the dispensary.
