Our Story
Get to Know Minn Skin's Founder & Provider
My journey into dermatology is deeply personal. It began with my grandmother’s battle with metastatic melanoma... a fight that, despite her strength and resilience, ultimately took her life. Witnessing her experience opened my eyes to the critical importance of skin health and early detection, and it planted the seed for what would become my life’s work.

I’ve also faced my own skin struggles, from eczema and sensitive skin to stubborn acne. These challenges weren’t just surface-level; they impacted my confidence, my comfort, and my daily life. Through those experiences, I developed a deep empathy for others facing similar battles and a strong desire to help them find real, lasting solutions.

Born and raised in Minnesota, I’ve always had a deep love for this community. I completed my undergraduate education at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, and later earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. After training out of state, I knew I wanted to return home and give back to the people and the place that shaped me.

What drives me today is the belief that skin care should be both thoughtful and balanced. I’m passionate about integrating natural, holistic approaches with effective, research-backed medical treatments. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. I believe in personalized solutions that are safe, sustainable, and rooted in science.
