Moisturize

Sunscreen

Wear SPF 30 mineral sunscreen daily, even on cloudy days, to prevent UV damage. Mineral sunscreen contains Zinc and/or Titanium and is gentler on the skin than chemical sunscreen (i.e. oxybenzone, octinoxate).

Hydration
